All orders that are requested via E-mail will receive an E-mail confirmation that we have received the order and we will be contacting them to confirm the inspection date scheduled.

Residential appraisals consist of 2 original copies. All appraisals include a front, back and street scene of subject property. A minimum of 3 comps and color photos, sketches and maps are provided.

  • Generally orders are completed 3 to 5 business days after inspection
  • Any appraisal can be mailed or E-Mailed back to requester
